Refunds & Returns Policy

General Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Ivara Naturals — you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes, and other packaging are intact.

If you have paid by card, we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website, or if units are missing from your order, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at info@ivaranaturals.in or call us on +91 92748 00286 within 14 days of receipt of the product.

We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, Ivara Naturals Store Credit, or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

Category-Specific Return Policy

Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition
Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns
For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor preferences, or similar subjective concerns, products would not be applicable for return
Please consult with your doctor before buying the product
Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box and manufacturer's packaging, may not be accepted

4.Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days

Refund Timeline

Card Payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
Cash on Delivery: A cheque will be issued in the registered name of the customer
Store Credit: Credited to your Ivara Naturals account immediately upon approval
