Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply on certain products/services and will be communicated at the time of order processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Major Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad): 2-5 working days after dispatch
• Rest of India Cities: 2-7 business days after dispatch
• Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days post-dispatch
• Very Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days or longer
• International Orders (Outside India): 5-15 business days

Holiday Delivery

We do not deliver on Public, National, or Bank holidays.

Hidden Charges

There are no hidden charges. The price listed on our website is final and inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges may apply for addresses outside India.

Changing Delivery Address

Order Not Yet Dispatched: Contact our customer service at logistics@ivaranaturals.in. A security verification may be required.

Order Already Dispatched: Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders already in transit. If the shipping partner is unable to deliver, the order will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Undeliverable Areas

Some areas may not be serviceable due to: - Delivery partner reach limitations - Legal restrictions - Unavailability of a reliable courier partner in the area
